Account Data and Order Records
An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. This service does not require an email address for registration. Account data is used to verify identity, maintain login sessions, and manage subscription benefits. Passwords should be stored in a form that cannot be directly reversed and must not be used for other purposes.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment and refund results, and records needed to deliver a subscription. This information is used to verify payments, handle support requests, and resolve billing disputes. Data usage is part of plan billing and is used to determine remaining benefits; it does not include the websites users visit or the content of their communications.
Descriptions and attachments submitted through support tickets are used to resolve specific issues. Please provide only the information needed to diagnose the problem. Do not submit passwords, full subscription links, login credentials, or unrelated personal information.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNKQ follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or store browsing or communication content, or details of DNS queries made through international routes. It does not persistently retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity, including destination addresses linked to an account or timestamps for individual connections.
Temporary connection state needed to operate the service is used only for the current session and is not retained as personal connection history afterward. Service error information needed for maintenance should exclude destinations, communication content, and subscription credentials. Account login, order, and traffic billing data are not browsing logs; their use and retention are governed separately by this policy.
Website Analytics and Their Use
Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and button usage to improve content and user flows. Analytics cover the VPNKQ website itself and do not extend to other websites users access through subscription services.
Analytics may include page paths, referring pages, browser categories, and visit events. Identifying information should be minimized when processing these data. Passwords, subscription credentials, and support ticket content must not be included in analytics events, and order data must not be combined to create personal browsing profiles. Aggregate analysis is used to maintain the website and not to sell personal information.
Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies or browser local storage are used to retain login status, language preferences, and essential interface settings. Website analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visit sessions. Authentication credentials should be used only for authentication requests and must not appear in page addresses or analytics parameters.
Users can restrict cookies in their browser settings, clear data for this website, or clear local storage after logging out. After clearing data, users may need to log in again and reselect their preferences. Clearing browser data does not delete account and order records on the server; these must be handled separately.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider, and its privacy policy governs its data collection practices. VPNKQ receives payment results and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders, and does not ask users to provide their payment account passwords.
Only the order information necessary to complete a payment or refund, or to handle a dispute, is shared with the relevant provider. Where disclosure is legally required, the basis of the request should be verified and the scope of information shared limited. Third-party websites and tools are not directly governed by this policy; please review their rules when you leave this website.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order data is retained as required for billing checks, after-sales disputes, and applicable law. Support tickets and website analytics are kept only for the time needed to fulfill their respective purposes. When a purpose has been fulfilled and no further retention basis applies, relevant data should be deleted or irreversibly de-identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.
Users can log in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. If an order is still in progress, a dispute is open, or retention is required by law, the data that cannot yet be deleted and the reasons should be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription benefits and future access; please confirm the scope of your request when submitting it.
Policy changes will be published on this page along with an updated date. Significant changes to the purposes or scope of processing will be explained through an on-site notice or user panel notification. Changes requiring consent by law will take effect after the relevant consent is obtained. See the Terms of Service for the conditions of service use.
