About the VPNKQ Service
Service, route selection, and privacy practices.
International access and multi-device use
VPNKQ is an international VPN subscription service for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, or streaming content. It offers 120+ countries / 230+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and allows unlimited devices to connect at the same time. The goal is to make region selection, subscription setup, and connection checks clear, so users don’t have to guess at settings.
Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the target service’s regional requirements, your local network, and actual connection results. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct routes each suit different situations; a route’s name alone doesn’t determine how well it performs. If things slow down during peak evening hours, compare other routes first, then check your local connection. Refer to the route list for available regions, and verify content access yourself.
If you run into an issue, use the troubleshooting guide to narrow it down, then describe the platform, client, route name, and error message in a support ticket through the user panel. Hide sensitive account details before sharing screenshots. Plans are billed at the listed prices and come with a 7-day refund policy. See the Terms of Service for details.
No Logs and Minimal Data Collection
VPNKQ’s privacy policy is to keep no logs. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. Our data minimization approach limits account, order, and support information to what’s needed to provide the service and resolve issues, avoiding data unrelated to those purposes. This policy is not an absolute guarantee for every network environment. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing and your rights.
